Vendors Wanted

Vending spots are now available for purchase! We have 80 outdoor vending spots, each measuring 10 by 10 feet. Vendors can choose between regular vending hours or VIP extended hours. Regular vendors have the option to add electricity for an extra fee. Please note that VIP spots include electricity. Food trucks must provide their own generator. Tattoo artists and alcohol vendors are welcome, provided they are licensed and insured.

Important Information:

1. NO REFUNDS
2. THIS EVENT WILL OCCUR RAIN OR SHINE. Please remember to bring your own tent, table, and chairs.
3. Setup is from 7 AM to 9 AM, with teardown at 5 PM. This is a one-day event. 
4. VIP vendor spots offer a prime setup location and allow you to remain until 11 PM. The event will be held at The Waldorf Estate of Fear in Lehighton, Pennsylvania. The Waldorf will open for the season at 7 PM, after the convention concludes. VIP spots can operate during the haunted house hours from 7 PM to 11 PM, providing exposure to hundreds more patrons. VIP vendors may tear down at 11:00 PM and must vacate the site by midnight.
5. FOOD TRUCK VENDORS MUST SELECT THE FOOD TRUCK OPTION. Please scroll down the ticket options on the vendor ticketing site and choose “Food Truck.” Additionally, you must have a generator.
